Swedish Death Cleaning $65/per hour
Have you read the book "The Gentle Art of Swedish Death Clearing" or seen the show of the same name? Are you ready to help yourself and your family by reducing your possessions? Mourning Space offers help with planning, organization, and grief support.
In-person assistance in Shasta and Tehama County, or virtual assistance for those outside those counties. The first hour includes a needs assessment and digital download.
Other services may include: Plan creation, Physical help / moral support during the cleaning, Assist with communicating with friends and family, Online posting on FB Marketplace, Craigslist or other online portal, and Grief Support.
Fire Under the Night Sky
Workbook & Ceremony $495
You have given up that bad relationship or that bad habit, and you are ready to start over. Mourning Space can help you honor where you have come, and set you on the path to where you are going.
If you are ready to make big changes in your life, the Fire Under the Night Sky workbook and ceremony is for you!
In this one-on-one offering, Karen will walk you through completing your workbook, then guide you through a ritual of letting go. She will give you tools you need on the road to transformation, and will help you stay accountable to your goals.
Service includes: Fire Under the Night Sky Workbook, one hour introductory session on Zoom, or in-person in Shasta County, two 30 minute check-ins while completing the workbook, email Q&A, private in-person ritual of release in Shasta County or virtual tools to complete your own ceremony, 30 minute post-ceremony integration plan, and two 30 minute check-ins for accountability the month following your ceremony.
Grief Support $65 for 50 Minutes
World got you down? Have you just experienced a big change in your life? Do you feel like your grief isn't valid compared to others, but you know it needs to be acknowledged? If you need someone to talk to about the grief you are carrying, Mourning Space creates a non-judgemental space for sharing your feelings, and offers ideas and resources as additional support. One-on-one sessions can be done in person in Shasta County or on Zoom. Walk-and-talks are another option if you want to take our conversation on the road.

Personalized Guided Meditation $99
Do you love guided meditations but are struggling to find the right one? What if you could request a guided meditation for your specific needs?
For children or adults, for sleep, body scans or grief support (and more!) we can create a meditation 5-15 minutes in length that supports you where you need it most.
Final product is written by Mourning Space and will sent via WAV file download.
